Monday, September 18th 2017 Government had closed school and all Government offices to allow everyone to prepare for the approaching storm. We laughed, we are self-employed, we don’t get a day off. But early in the day I headed out to get gas and drinking water; it never hurts to be well supplied and we would use it all anyway. Sunday, September 17th 2017 It was just another Sunday in Dominica, a typical weekend on the Nature Island: good friends, good food, a refreshing swim in a gorgeous river pool.
